Approach: The project’s direction came from the handcrafted, traditional values of the brand itself. The outcome references traditional, hand-set typography by using a mix of bold typefaces and multiple weights. This time period is further referenced by incorporating the use of tangent lines and borders. The brand’s identity as a local, family-owned business is reflected in the design through the use of a warm color palette.
